Coating each and every hair with accuracy, the Skinny Mes Brow Mascara dries down quickly. Leaving a natural, silky finish to the brows, it features sebum-absorbing properties to prevent smudging and to fix hairs firmly in place.

HOW TO

Using the brush provided, coat evenly onto brow hairs. Brush through lightly to fix hairs into place, or use a slightly heavier hand if you'd like to add volume and more colour.
