HOW TO
Apply directly to the eyes using the applicator tip provided, or pat onto lids gently with fingers.

I got the colour "Sodapop Flakes" and it's the perfect cool coloured pink which has holographic glitter in various sizes. It's also a good product to use if you like to do the aegyo -sal look on your eyes.
